If you have chosen bank transfer as payment form, your goods will be shipped after receival of your transfer onto our bank account - this usually takes from 1-3 workdays.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card or paypal you will not have to do anything else, we will receive an immediate confirmation, the goods will be shipped immediately or the next day - or in case of shipments within Europe at the beginning of the week. Oversea shipments have to be scheduled with the carrier and we will let you know about the Pick up Date of your parcel(s).

Your order can be cancelled until you haven't made the payment. If we do not recieve your payment within 3 days, we will cancel it automatically.

Sure, it is always possible to insert a different shipping address. It would be helpful if you leave the opening hours in our note field.

No problem at all! We can customize something for your needs and budget all year long. Also if it is just a single gift package for a reunion or business partner. Send us your inquiry via mail with the details of your request, especially if you would like to have a tailormade giftbox . O r give us a call and we will be happy to help you!

Whenever your recieve on of our packages with visible damages, please do not accept your package and inform us immediately. We will deal with the carrier then directly, taking also care of the shipping costs.

The delivery in Italy takes usually place within 2/3 workdays after the payment arrives in our bank account, but it always depends if the shipping address is maybe in a remote area, or on the goods you have chosen. Fresh goods can only be shipped from monday to wednesday to ensure the coolchain. In summer we sometimes chooose to work with refrigerated carriers that imply 4-5 workdays sometimes.

For shipments outside of Italy the shipping time differs a lot:
- Europe: 2-5 workdays Fresh goods can only be shipped from November to March within Europe to ensure the coolchain. We generally ship at the beginning of the week, so your order has the chance to arrive before the weekend.
- Oversea: from 5 to 10 workdays (depending always on custom procedures). Please note that we can't ship any meat, nor products containing meat overseas, due to import regulations. Usually Food and wine products travel seperately due to different custom procedures, so you will receive more than one parcel. Food products have shorter travel times 5-7 workdays, while wine shipments might take 7-10 workdays.
