Robollita means nothing else than "re-cook" in italian. This original peasant soup is made of stale bread and a mixture of vegetables. It is one of the great Tuscan recipes known worldwide.
All of our preserved products are preared artisanally with fresh ad genuine ingredients, mostly from our farm grounds or locally. We do not use any additives, aromas or preservatives, because we truly believe that excellent raw ingredients speak for themselves.
Instructions:
Pour the content of the jar into a saucepan, adding water or broth, since all of our soups are quit intense in taste and can be diluted easily at home.
Toast some white bread slices and add it into the soup before serving. Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil. 1 serving.

Summer recipe :
Carry out all the above-mentioned procedure and let the soup cool down and then serve it at room temperature.

Suggestion:
| You can add finely chopped fresh spring onions on top of the plate if you like.
