Classicaly the Amatriciana sauce is served with Spaghetti Pasta, but is suitable also for Penne or Linguine Pasta.

Our Pasta Sauces have no secret at all actually - they are made like granny would make them at home using our high quality meats and traditional recipes.
All of our sauces and spreads, for examplefor hours adding wine and spices where needed.
We do not use any additives, aromas or conse, are prepared with freshly chopped vegetables like onion, celery, carrot, etc.
Once the vegetables have obtained a bit of colour in a frying pan, the meat is added to complete the first part of the cooking.
Then follows the step, where all the flavours come and evolve together in a very long and slow cooking process going on for hours - wherever needed,
we add specific spices or wine for example.
All of our preserved products are completeley natural - without usage of aroma, preservatives or additives!
